TeleiCare is a covered entity under HIPAA and complies with all Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.

We may use and disclose your protected health information for:

• Healthcare operations

You have the right to:
• Access your records
• Request amendments
• Receive an accounting of disclosures
• File a complaint

All telehealth visits are conducted through secure, encrypted systems with Business Associate Agreements in place.
